As a member of The RE BLOCKS, you will be eligible to own a piece of our vetted real estate property that we’ll purchase below the market assessment. These significant savings could be as high as 50%, which allows our investors to experience an immediate capital gain. Our purchased real estate properties will then be fractionalized tokens in a collection to allow our members to mint for as low as $100 on the Ethereum network. Each token represents a fractional ownership of the specific property. These tokens will also be put into a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) where each token represents voting rights to the property itself.
Each fractionalized property will be carefully managed by our team of experts to make real estate investing hassle-free, while our owners of our tokens will experience a true passive income with monthly distribution of profits from the property’s rental income through our $REI tokens. When a property is sold, the profits and initial investment of the property will be distributed amongst the holders of the token collection.
